In a Colombian mountain, the paramilitaries have cornered a guerrilla group without food, while the National Army tries to recover its legitimate control over the area. Hoping to find someone to bring food to the Montaa, Noe the guerrilla commander, he gives pride to an old friend, Martn (a missionary they had kidnapped and freed 20 years ago), the tomb of a priest recognized in the area for its humanitarian works. The missionary confuses the name of the father with that of a paramilitary leader and without realizing it, he gives the wrong number to the guerrillas. Through a confession lien of humor, two enemies end face to face in an emotional encounter that uncovers the core of the conflict in Colombia and the path that each must take to finally find peace in the middle of a life of war.
